Bergeon Collet Tightening and Reaming Tool is designed with 5 different notches and an adjustment screw on the side to allow gentle tightening of the hairspring collet to better fit the balance wheel. It also allows you to hold the hairspring collet, if reaming is required to enlarge the hole slightly to better fit the balance wheel. This tool is weighted, to allow for ease of control when working.
